As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to bring designs to life throughout the product lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end design efforts across all our platforms, from conception with stakeholders to final implementation with Product Owners and Developers.
- Perform user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences and utilize these findings to create engaging designs.
- Establish and uphold design standards, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure a consistent visual language across ventures.
- Build easy-to-use and beautiful web and mobile products that users will love.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Develop mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product will function and look.
- Create screen designs and prepare their assets for frontend Developers, knowing how to export assets in various formats while considering sizes.
- Take full ownership of your work and the details required to design a successful product.
- Contribute feedback regularly towards improving our company and products.
- Design products that customers love.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of UI/UX design experience for digital web and mobile platforms.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
- Showcase a portfolio of outstanding interface designs that demonstrate your thinking process and creativity.
- Practical experience in creating wireframes, conducting user research, building prototypes, and performing user testing.
- Familiarity with business metrics, the ability to interpret data, and translate company goals into digital experiences.
- Advanced knowledge of UI/UX practices for web and mobile platforms, including a deep understanding of Android and iOS components and design patterns.
- Expertise in Figma, utilizing components and variables effectively.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble attitude with a strong team player mindset.
