Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer
Location: Frisco, Texas
3 Months contract

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative user interfaces and experiences across our digital platforms. The UI/UX Consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of our products.

Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Create personas, user journey maps, empathy maps, etc.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

UI/UX Design:
Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Ensure consistency and coherence in design across various platforms.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring designs from concept to implementation.
Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing to gather insights on the user experience.
Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
Accessibility:
Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure products are usable by a diverse audience.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in user interface and experience design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, miro or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Experience with responsive and mobile design.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Design or related field.
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
