UI/UX Designer
Skilled Wound Care
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an innovative and dedicated UI/UX Designer to join our team, focusing on creating exceptional user experiences for
our suite of Progressive Web Applications (PWA). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual design principles, a deep
understanding of user-centered design, and experience developing high-quality interfaces for web applications.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web-based applications and PWA
• Demonstrable experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Extensive knowledge of CSS styles and HTML5
• A thorough understanding of responsive design and the ability to create applications that work on a wide range of devices
• Familiarity with front-end development languages, PHP and Javascript preferred but not mandatory
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, highlighting design process and outcomes
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
Job Responsibilities:
• Design visually compelling and functionally superior user interfaces and experiences for PWA and web-based applications
• Collaborate with developers, support teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate feedback into design
solutions
• Utilize Figma and other design tools to prototype and wireframe design solutions
• Craft and maintain design specifications and documentation
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics data
• Contribute to the development of our design system and ensure consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints
• Lead and participate in design review sessions
• Actively seek out and identify user needs through research and analyses
• Advocate for user-centered design solutions and accessibility best practices
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively
• Assist with the development of design-related processes and workflows within the team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in team settings
