Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform.who will be hired by our Slovak office.

DESCRIPTION

As a Senior UX Designer at Doxee, you will be an integral part of our product management and development team, working on our flagship CCM platform.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers to design user flows, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our platform. Your primary goal will be to create a coherent and cohesive user interface across multiple portals, ensuring the best possible user experience for our customers.

You will be working on

• User-Centric Design: Champion user-centric design principles throughout the product development process, ensuring that the user's needs and preferences are at the forefront of all design decisions.
• Portal Design: Focus on designing and improving web-based tools and editors within the platform, including template design, video, workflow, and data transformation portals.
• User Flows: Create intuitive user flows that guide users seamlessly through the platform's various features and functionalities.
• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts with both internal stakeholders and end-users.
• User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity and usability standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, front-end developers, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful implementation of your designs.
• Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and incorporate it into the design process to continuously improve the platform's usability and functionality.
• Consistency: Maintain design consistency across all portals to create a seamless and unified user experience.
• Accessibility: Ensure that the platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by adhering to accessibility guidelines.
• Documentation: Create design specifications and guidelines to facilitate the development and maintenance of the platform.

MORE ABOUT YOU:

• You have Proven experience as a UX designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects in web-based applications;
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, e.g. Figma;

• You have strong understanding of web technologies and front-end development processes;
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• You are familiar with agile and iterative design methodologies;
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices is a plus.
• You speak a good English (spoken and written) for everyday use with English being our main

team language;

• You are self-reliance, engagement, and good communicative skills;
• You are a team worker;
• You are available to travel to Vienna fortnightly.
