Senior UI/UX Designer

As a senior designer at INDICE, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. You'll be responsible for conducting user research, defining user needs, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and goals
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and user flows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts
• Run usability tests on designs to gather feedback and refine user experience
• Contribute to design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across products
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
• Creatively craft captivating graphics and images that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages and drive consumer engagement.
• Utilize your creative-thinking skills to brainstorm innovative design solutions that align with our clients' business goals and target audience preferences.

• At least 3+ years of experience
• Proficient in design software with focus on Figma
• Hands on experience with image editing software like photoshop and illustrator
• Proven ability to create user-centered designs that are both visually appealing and functional
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockup tools
• Familiarity with design systems and guidelines

Additional Skills and Experience

• Experience with UX research tools like user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
• Expertise in UI design principles and best practices
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly digital products
