Job Description

As a CRM UI/UX Designer at Zenni, you will be at the forefront of crafting exceptional user experiences. You will play a pivotal role in connecting our brand with customers through intuitive design and innovative interaction.

You Will

- Craft engaging and responsive email templates for marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience, optimized for a variety of devices and email clients.

- Take ownership of building and continuously optimizing our design system specifically tailored for our email campaigns and CRM platforms.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that serve as blueprints for exceptional user experiences.

- Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to tap into the pulse of our target audience, ensuring CRM designs are user-centric and data-informed.

- Work side by side with marketing, graphic design, creative, product management, and development teams to ensure a seamless translation of the design vision into tangible results that align with business goals and technical constraints.

You Are

- The custodian of design consistency, establishing and maintaining design standards and guidelines across all CRM touchpoints.

- A strategist who utilizes data and analytics to shape design decisions, with the goal of bolstering customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- Ensuring all designs reflect our company's brand identity, voice, and overall marketing strategy with unwavering fidelity.

 - Always on the pulse of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to CRM and e-commerce, ready to apply them where they can make the most impact.

Requirements

You Have

- A strong command of industry-standard UX/UI design tools, with a preference for Figma.

- A foundational grasp of front-end development, ensuring your designs are effectively

brought to life by our developers.

- The ability to create designs that deliver seamless experiences across desktops, tablets,

and smartphones, incorporating a dark mode feature to ensure compliance with the

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to enhance accessibility for all users.

- A track record of conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, and translating user

feedback and analytics into actionable insights.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts and

rationales to stakeholders and team members.

- Experience in working hand in hand with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative

environment that drives innovation.

- A discerning eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of your design meets the highest

standards of quality and consistency.

- A bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.

- A robust portfolio that showcases your UI/UX design prowess, especially within CRM

tools, email campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.

- Several years of professional design experience with a focus on UI/UX.

- A deep understanding of e-commerce and CRM best practices, customer journeys, and

retention strategies.

- The ability to design emails that cater to diverse customer segments with dynamic and

interactive items and content,

- Experience in crafting variations for A/B testing to maximize engagement metrics.

- Proficiency in using analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of email campaigns and to

guide data-driven design decisions.
