What is this role?
As the UI UX Designer at Cirkul, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and journey across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing leads, to develop effective strategies that educate users about our products, increase clicks, improve brand understanding, and ultimately drive higher conversion rates.
What does an average day look like?
- Driving Results:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and optimize user interactions.
- Work on A/B testing and data analysis to continually improve and optimize UI UX design elements.
- Taking Ownership:
- Lead design initiatives to educate users about our products, onboarding them effectively, and guiding them through our platform's features seamlessly.
- Making Decisions:
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and design language, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop user flows, customer journey maps, and personas to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience
- Cultivating Relationships:
- Collaborate with Marketing leads and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and project requirements at Cirkul, Inc.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs, adhering to best practices and design standards.
- Instilling Trust:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Customer Focus:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless and delightful user experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices in UI UX design.
What background should you have?
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital projects and impactful design solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Marketing leads to align design with business objectives at Cirkul, Inc.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present design ideas and articulate design rationale.
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically about user engagement and product education.
