About the Role

We are seeking UX Designer for the largest pensions scheme in the UK. This role will provide a great opportunity to be responsible for producing high-quality UX design solutions on our website (focussing on our member portal) which addresses the needs and goals of our users, ensuring they have a positive online experience.

Duties,

• Make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.
• Work closely with other members of the Digital Team, the wider business and third parties, where you will confidently apply your UX design skills to translate business requirements into interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
• Established how a user travels from point A to point B, you will then work with your UI colleagues to evolve the visual touchpoints further before documenting in detail our UX requirements through wireframes/user stories.

• Proven experience within a UX/Digital design role for more than 3 years
• Portfolio of demonstrable creative, UX and related digital work
• Experience of test and learn principles with examples
• Experience of HCI principles, IA, User Interfaces and Navigation
• Experience in storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping, creation of user & process flows
• Expert knowledge of WC3/WCAG 2.0 standards
• Expert knowledge of UX best practices and Agile/Lean methodologies
• Expert knowledge in, Adobe CC suite, plus other UX tools, such as Figma, Sketch and Web flow
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
