Our client is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative UI/UX + Creative Designer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design abilities and a passion for creating captivating user experiences through enchanting graphics and visual marvels.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design captivating UI/UX experiences.
• Create visually stunning graphics, iconography, and other visual elements to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Incorporate motion graphics and animations to elevate user interactions and storytelling (bonus skill).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX + Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing captivating and innovative design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
