User Experience Research Intern

We are looking for an intern to take part in these various tasks. They will have the opportunity to learn about UX research as part of a multi-disciplinary team made up of UX Designers, researchers, developers and product managers. They will discover the world of data within an international structure.

What makes this role interesting?

The Qlik Product Design Research team is interested in the behavior of users and customers working with the solutions developed by the company. It carries out quantitative surveys (e.g. questionnaires), qualitative surveys (e.g. interviews), and user tests.

In this context, the UX/CX Research team carries out several types of missions.

• Preparing campaigns (e.g. defining populations, producing lists of participants, coordinating contacts)
• Processing the data collected (e.g. discourse analysing, analysing emerging themes, tagging)
• Keeping the research directory up to date (e.g. centralizing knowledge/Insights, making information accessible to non-specialists).

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

You will have basic methodological skills in the human and social sciences, including:

• Preparation of surveys / user tests: Sampling, definition of study variables, organization of data
• Observation approach: Interferential/non-inferential), test administration
• Data processing: Verbal coding, analysis, interpretation
