Senior UI UX Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly website layouts, graphics, interfaces, UI mockups, and prototypes.
• Ensure responsive design across various devices and screen sizes.
• Implement animations, transitions, and other interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
• Optimize website performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Manage, improve, and update our internal design system components.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and layout adjustments based on feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging web design and development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
• Provide constructive feedback in code reviews and troubleshoot front-end issues.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with design software (e.g., Figma) and wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision, XD).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
