Responsibilities
- Create User Journey Maps, Wireframes, Design and QA
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Developers and Research
- Types of projects you’ll get to work on: website redesigns, design systems, website enhancements, cross-platform feature ideation and enhancement
- Present design ideas and prototypes to team members, clearly articulating design rationale and decision-making processes
- Iterate designs based on internal and external feedback and user-research
- Annotations / working with developers and studio artists to ensure a smooth transition into development
- Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Recent graduate, or soon-to-be graduate from a Graphic Design, User Experience or similar program
- Portfolio showcasing understanding of development constraints, accessibility, platform best practices, and solid execution
- Experience in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- HTML, CSS, JS knowledge
- Experience with Elementor, Shopify, WordPress is a plus!
- This position is located in Madison, WI. Candidates must be located in Wisconsin.
- Target start date March 2024
- Target end date May/June — there is the potential for the internship to be extended through the summer or potential full-time opportunity
- This is a paid internship at $15 per hour
