We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team based in Colombia. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative software design projects while reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.

What does a UI/UX Designer own at GoodUnited?:

• Ensure that the platform is intuitive for nonprofits to use to drive results
• Develop design system and ensure all releases meet GoodUnited design standards
• Update current platform pages to improve usability and consistency of the design system
• Consistency improves the journey builder to make it easy for nonprofits to create journeys that are compliant and drive results
• Design features to increase attributed revenue
• Design features to increase subscriber growth

What does a UI/UX Designer do at GoodUnited?:

• Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company
• Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high-quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand nonprofit stakeholder jobs, pains, and gains to develop and quickly test hypotheses
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
• Work closely with product managers, engineers and other partners to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions
• Redefine best-in-class software design and development processes so that we can build an opinionated product
• Develop design system and ensure all releases meet GoodUnited design standards
• Leads customer discovery sessions
