Position Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our dynamic team.  Whilst the role is de igned for a contactor, we will see candidates as team members and part of the company culture.  The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing the user experience for our flagship platform, LossBook, which connects policyholders, insurers, adjusters, and legal professionals in a cohesive and user-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for design improvements.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, design patterns, and style guides.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions.
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to design.
