At Eterlast we are looking for a passionate Junior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team to work in PICKEM.
The UX/UI team is responsible for crafting engaging mobile game experiences at PICKEM and developing innovative features alongside the product department.
Be a key player in shaping exceptional user experiences for the millions of mobile game players worldwide! You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Owner (PO) to understand feature requirements, gather user feedback, and ensure the final product exceeds user expectations. You’ll also partner with other teams to conduct user testing and refine user flow scenarios.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to understand feature requirements and gather user insights.
- Play a key role in user testing initiatives to uncover pain points and refine the user experience.
- Craft wireframes and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma or Sketch, incorporating simple animations to illustrate user journeys.
- Brainstorm and sketch essential assets to fuel the design process.
- Develop and iterate on final screen designs and graphic elements, ensuring a cohesive and visually stunning user interface.
- Champion the feature’s full life cycle, from initial concept to release, by partnering closely with developers, artists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously analyze user feedback to optimize and enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience with at least 1 year in UX/UI design for mobile games (being a passionate gamer (ideally in casual games and/or sport games) and a strong design portfolio is a plus).
- Eager to learn and grow from our experienced, multi-disciplinary team.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to create visually appealing designs while considering usability and accessibility.
- Communication skills in English are required.
- Excellent collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail to identify and address usability issues.
- Strong design, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities.
- Knowledge of mobile design best practices and the latest trends in UX/UI design.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
