Designation :- UI/UX Designer 

Shift Timing :- 3:00 PM To 12:00 AM – 5 Days Working 

Responsibilities:

• Lead problem discovery, including research and (in collaboration with product managers) quantitative data analysis.
• Visualize the problem with mock-ups, interactive flows and Figma designs.
• Lead and participate in the brainstorming of and creation of concepts for best - in - class user experiences.
• Creation of user interface sketches, wireframes, schematics, and interactive prototypes
• Design and moderation of frequent user research and testing.
• Work closely with fellow creatives and developers to ensure the solidity of design systems.
• Have experience in working on improving a single product with new features, changes, etc.
• Connect with the project lead, understand the feature requirements, and give the best possible design solutions for them.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock - ups for both web and mobile.
• Mandatory experience in International Client Handling.
• Mandatory experience in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Possess a solid understanding and demonstration of user centred goal - directed design principles.
• Possess a good understanding of what types of experiences are made possible by current digital technologies.
• Proven ability to develop simple and elegant design approaches to complex design problems.
• Knowledge of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma.
• Additional knowledge of HTML, CSS and javascript is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills, including layouts, typography, colour schemes, iconography etc.
• Should be able to visualise the mobile app features with the product team and turn them into beautiful and user-friendly UI designs.
• Should keep abreast with latest Android/iOS design elements and how to put them to effective use in UI design.
• Should be able to suggest and create animations in the app workflows to improve the app UX.
• Knowledgeable on best practices for presenting complex data on small screens.
• Motivated self-starter, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to multi-task.
