As a Senior User Experience (UX/UI) Designer, you help own and drive the future of Perion design. You will work with product managers and other stakeholders to design simple solutions for complex UX ecosystems. Your work will have a direct impact on the customer experience of Perion.
- This role is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions using research/data to create wireframes, flows and prototypes.
- Effectively communicate design concepts, strategy, and the rationale behind design decisions.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to understand business requirements.
- Design and generate fully interactive prototypes for client presentations
- Present end-to-end designs to stakeholders across different teams.
- Keep up to date on industry trends, establish and advocate for UX/UI best practices, guidelines and standards.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UX design for complex web based B2B platforms.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, mock-up creation, user flows, proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma/Other.
- Experience working closely with R&D teams and product managers, experience in Agile development process.
- Proficiency in English and great presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and building a design system
- Experience as a UI designer
- Experience in advertising / ad tech
- Background in front end programming language
