Why We're Hiring
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role is crucial as we continue to innovate on what the future looks like for Complex. We are combining the worlds of NTWRK and Complex and reimagining a world where content, commerce and experience intersect. The right candidate will have the opportunity to significantly impact our product offerings and user engagement.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and craft creative, user-centered design solutions.
- Effectively communicate the user experience at various stages through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
- Incorporate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates.
- Champion design-centric changes and improvements across the product lifecycle.
- Lead the design and execution of all product aspects, from ideation and visual design to interaction design and prototyping, while clearly communicating your ideas to a range of internal audiences.
- Design intuitive, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences and flows.
- Establish and guide the short and long-term vision and roadmap for designated product areas.
- Engage in regular feedback exchanges on designs and strategic decisions with peers and leadership.

$125,000 - $140,000 a year
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
