Bisonic is hiring Senior UX designer

We are seeking an experienced Videogame UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered flows that enhance the overall gaming experience. Your expertise will help us create intuitive and engaging interfaces that foster a strong connection between players and our game.

Responsibilities:

Design User-Centered Experiences:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered experiences that meet the needs of our players.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement in our games.

Create Compelling UI/UX Designs:

• Develop visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX designs that align with our brand identity.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various platforms.

Conduct Usability Testing and Feedback:

• Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and gather feedback from players.
• Analyze test results and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Work with Developers and Artists:

• Communicate design requirements and vision to developers and artists.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

• 3+ Years of Experience:
• Proven experience in videogame UX design, with a focus on creating engaging and user-centered experiences.

• Strong Design Skills:
• Portfolio showcasing your design work, including UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• User Research and Testing:
• Experience conducting usability testing and gathering feedback from players.
• Familiarity with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

• Communication and Collaboration:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
