PPrestige Development is hiringUI/UX Designer

Location: Westminster, Colorado office 

Other offices: Peoria, Dallas, Chicago

Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days a week)

 Interaction with team: 

• Working with 1 designer (lead) and the rest of team (total of 8 other designers), Plus a research team. 

Performance indicators Education & Experience Required: 

• Degree or equivalent ( 5+ years’ experience in User experience )

Required Technical Skills:

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)

• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)

• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%) 

Desired:

• Knowledge and/or experience in battery or charge management; energy solutions or a passion for electric vehicles/machines ·
