Position Overview:
ShyftLabs is a rapidly growing data product company that specializes in creating digital solutions for Fortune 500 companies across various industries. We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us continue to deliver innovative solutions that help accelerate business growth.
As a UX/UI Designer at ShyftLabs, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centric and visually appealing designs for our digital solutions. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality user interfaces and user experiences that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and create assets for applications, websites, and apps.
Design and produce graphics, images, videos, GIFs, and vectors.
Edit and enhance images and videos to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure cohesive design integration.
Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms and materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of assets created for applications, websites, and apps.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Sketch, and Figma.
Strong skills in asset creation, graphic design, image editing, video editing, GIF creation, and vector illustration.
Excellent eye for detail, color, and composition.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
