Koru UX Design is hiringUX/UI Designer

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience working on Enterprise applications and/or B2B SaaS products. As a design team member, you will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that optimize user experience and support better patient outcomes.

-Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience in B2B web applications.Proficiency in Figma design tool.

-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, focusing on usability and accessibility.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with PMs and stakeholders.

-Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples and design processes, focusing on B2B Web applications.

Responsibilities:

-Design and prototype user interfaces for enterprise applications, ensuring usability and accessibility of design solutions.

-Conduct competitor analysis, ideation and brainstorming to refine designs and create better design solutions.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into innovative design solutions that meet regulatory compliance and industry standards.

-Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on feedback from stakeholders.

-Considering the sensitive nature of healthcare data, maintain brand consistency and adhere to design standards throughout the development process.

-Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of healthcare organizations.

-Leverage AI tools to improve UX and refine the design process.
