Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and aesthetic quality for web and mobile applications.
What You’ll Do:
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and develop personas, journey maps, and other deliverables to inform the design process
- UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to design intuitive user interfaces and navigation, while maintaining design systems and UX standards for consistency across digital products.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing, responsive, and accessible interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user needs, while collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions, while leading discussions and iterating based on feedback.
- Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs to ensure the final product meets user needs and business objectives.
- Project Leadership: Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and quality, while staying current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design processes
- Strategy : A strategic mindset and a systems thinking approach
Who You Are:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experienced: 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX and UI design. Experience leading design projects and working in cross-functional teams.
- SaaS Professional: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design in SaaS.
- Agile: Experience with Agile software delivery environments.
- Familiar with Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
