Who you are

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on SaaS products, with a deep understanding of designing for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C environments. This role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and commercial teams to create user-centric designs that enhance user satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Your Impact

1. User Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze research data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and usability reports.

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.

• Work closely with product managers to understand product requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the product's visual identity aligns with marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to understand client feedback and incorporate it into design iterations.

• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Advocate for best practices in design and user experience within the team.

• Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback on design prototypes.
• Analyze test results and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Communicate design progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and tools.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C products, including complex and simple solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Ability to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles (a plus).
