About the project: 

We are seeking a dynamic Senior UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. 

You will be able to: 

• Interview, talk, experiment, and get insights to improve user experience and customer workflows. 

• Design and create user flows based on product stage and business desired outcome. 

• Design data visualization boards baed on user interaction. 

• Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers. 

• Collaborate with the marketing and other internal teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. 

• Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look. 

• Designe UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. 

• Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders. 

• Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines. 

• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field. 

• 5+ Years of experience working with UI/UX Design. 

• 3+ Years of experience working with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch or Photoshop. 

• 1+ Years of experience working with UX Research. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
