Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical UX Designer with a strong focus on research, to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behaviour and a passion for crafting user-centered design solutions. You will be responsible for conducting thorough user research, analyzing data, and translating user needs into innovative design concepts that offer intuitive and impactful user experiences. This includes designing flows and wireframes, creating and delivering UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products that align with the strategy and quality standards of FlowX. 

As an UX designer, you will work closely with the Product Manager and Development Team.

This is what you will be contributing to:

• User Research: Plan and conduct user research activities such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, and field studies to gather deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Data Analysis: Analyze research data to identify key user insights, pain points, and opportunities. Present findings to cross-functional teams to inform design decisions.
• Design Thinking: Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user problems, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
• Prototype Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore and communicate design solutions.
• User Testing: Design and conduct user testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for user-centered design practices within the organization, promoting the importance of user research and evidence-based design.

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of working full-time as a UX designer in an IT product company.
• Experience with product design from scratch for complex user flows.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe Xd, Photoshop, Figma, Overflow.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• User interface design, and visual design experience will help.
