Your role at MediaLab
We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX Designer to join one of our properties and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform our vision into a compelling product that delights users.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept to launch, for mobile and web platforms
- Collaborate closely with users, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions
- Create consistent and adaptable designs for multiple platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Analyze user behavior using quantitative tools like Mixpanel and qualitative methods such as user interviews and surveys
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to test and communicate design concepts
- Present designs and ideas to stakeholders
- Partner with product,data, and engineering teams to design and analyze A/B tests for continuous improvement
- Prototype interactive mobile and/or web experiences
What We're Looking For
- Strong product design skills with a focus on user-centered design methodologies
- Experience working in an agile project environment with distributed teams
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- Experience designing and solving for mobile application
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, CSS and/or other design tools
- Proficiency in mixpanel, google analytics, looker,and/or other user analytics tools
- English proficiency
