Role & Responsibilities
- User Research: Assist in conducting user research through methods such as interviews and usability testing
- Analyze and synthesize user feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to communicate research findings
- Information Architecture:Create site maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define the structure and flow of the product
- Organize information in a way that is easy for users to navigate and understand
- Interaction Design: Design user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing
- Develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation
- Usability Testing: Assist in planning and conducting usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvementsIterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including personas, journeys, maps, and wireframes
- Document design decisions and rationale to ensure transparency and consistency
Requirements
- At least 1 year of UX design experience
- An available online portfolio
- Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
- Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
- Experience with common design software (Mainly Figma)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English and Arabic fluency is a must
