As a Product Designer at DISQO, you'll be working directly with our Ad Measurement offering and your work will directly influence our growth within the B2B and AdTech space, where understanding the nuances of our users' needs is critical.

In this role, you will also design data-driven interfaces that simplify decision-making for users, leveraging data visualization and storytelling to convey insights effectively. While this is an important aspect of the role, your primary responsibility will be to enhance usability, ensure design consistency across digital platforms, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Your work will directly influence our growth, particularly in the B2B and adtech spaces, where understanding the nuances of our users’ needs is critical.

What you will do:

    • Design and iterate on product features, user interfaces, and user experiences in Figma for both web and mobile applications.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align designs with business objectives.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
    • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
    • Support the development team by ensuring your designs are accurately implemented and meet design quality standards.
    • Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
    • Stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve the design process and outcomes.

What you bring to the role:

    • Experience in creating responsive designs for both web and mobile applications.
    • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with business goals.
    • Experience with ad tech industry is a plus.
    • Experience with chat, conversational UIs or AI-driven interfaces is a plus.

Experience Must Include (if applicable):

    • 3-5 years of experience as a product designer or in a similar role within the B2B space.
    • Experience with designing data visualization, data exploration, and interactive charts
    • Proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design.
$90,000 - $125,000 a year
This is a structured hybrid role based out of our Glendale, CA. Your pay will be determined by your experience, work location, and other applicable factors.
