Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end UX design process from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final user interface designs.
- Conduct user research and analysis, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and improve user experiences.
- Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and product alignment.
- Develop UX strategies that enhance the overall experience and optimize product usability, focusing on user satisfaction.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Develop and maintain style guides, UI patterns, and design systems for a cohesive experience across platforms.
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually refine and improve user experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of user-centered design processes, usability principles, and creating seamless user journeys.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and other prototyping software.
- Ability to gather user insights, interpret data, and translate them into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to solve complex user problems creatively while balancing business objectives.
- Strong eye for detail and design consistency with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
