We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring an optimal user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and iterate on user-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Design Development: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and iterate based on insights gained.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Design System Management: Create and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Accessibility Considerations: Ensure that designs are inclusive and accessible to users with diverse abilities.
• Iterative Design: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure) for creating interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UX design.
