We are seeking a design candidate for our Technology department who are graduating in spring 2025.

The role

In performing this role, you will:

• Play a pivotal role in developing new products and services.
• Continuously review and refine all client-facing interfaces, to ensure top-notch UX/UI.
• Using UX/UI Design methods to understand users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform your design.
• Support our digital UX and UI processes by contributing to all stages of product design, from turning insights into low-fidelity designs and prototypes, to creating fully interactive, high-quality, and responsive designs.
• Collaborate closely with team members and product managers to understand user needs and transform them into intuitive, impactful UI designs that drive key business outcomes.
• Support and develop our design system to ensure a balanced brand experience across all platforms while keeping our development team aligned and informed.
• Working closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional websites.

Requirements:

• Strong passion and enthusiasm for UX and UI design, including user research.
• Knowledge about accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience with relevant design tools with the possibility of creating prototypes in Figma, Miro or similar tools.
• Can-do attitude and loves to make things that work
• Proven ability to carry out effective design processes from start to finish.
• Good business understanding and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams that combine expertise in design, data, technology, strategy and transformation.
• Good communication skills.
• Working language is English.
