Our innovative software is designed with the goal of making life easier for all stakeholders involved in parking management - property owners, managers, tenants, employees and urban dwellers at large. With our user-friendly application, we streamline parking planning, allocation, and sharing, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for everyone. 

As a Product Designer in a cross-functional product trio, you will work closely with a Product Manager and Engineer to build user-centric products that align with business goals. You will be responsible for defining and designing intuitive, accessible and delightful user experiences and ensuring that the product’s design supports its functionality. This role requires close collaboration, rapid prototyping, and an iterative approach to bring ideas to life. 

What will you be doing ?  

• Collaborate with the product manager and developers to shape product direction, ensuring the design meets both user and business needs. 

• Conduct user research, including interviews, testing, and surveys, to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses. 

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly convey interaction flows and visual aesthetics. 

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, though we will be mobile first, and that conform to accessibility best practices. 

• Ensure design solutions are scalable, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and product vision. 

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, critiques, and product discovery activities to shape the product roadmap. 

• Work with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and adherence to design systems. 

• Use data-driven insights and user feedback to iterate on design decisions and product improvements.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer of mobile applications (3 to 5 years). 

• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design work, especially in a collaborative, agile environment. 

• Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. 

• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) and their impact on design feasibility. 

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing. 

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback from cross-functional team members. 

• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to non-designers, ensuring alignment with product and development teams.
