Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Create and design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and refine user experiences.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design specifications and style guides.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and case studies that highlight user-centered design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive design decisions.
