We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, creative solutions to our clients and are now seeking a visionary Senior UX Designer to join our team.

This role requires a forward thinking, progressive UX Designer who is embracing the opportunities that technology is bringing to the UX design discipline. As you help define the future of UX at Bttr you will work closely with clients, project managers, and other departments to translate complex business requirements into innovative, user-centered designs. You will oversee UX strategy and execution across multiple projects, ensuring consistency excellence across all deliverables.

Research & Analysis:

• You will have a proven track record of developing and designing effective user research programs.
• You know how to define the best approach for user interviews.
• You are able to build detailed and relevant user personas, ensuring these are at the heart of the design process.
• You are able to correctly analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and have a firm grasp on how to utilize the latest technology to improve output quality and efficiency of analysis.
• Proactively work with teams to identify research topics and generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate design.

Product Structure & Strategy:

• Able to identify the right problems to solve and draft approaches to find solutions
• Can set up working design environments correctly and efficiently
• Able to understand information architecture and articulate/visualize IA clearly
• Able to develop and present strategies and structures that have a clear direction and which drive progress

Experience Design:

• Can assemble and organize content and user journeys to deliver best in class user experiences
• Strong ability to organize and articulate ideas visually, editorially and verbally
• Leveraging the latest tech and tools to accelerate the process of organizing information
• Can wireframe with strategic depth and clarity
• Able to build well crafted prototypes that sell ideas and which drive progress
• Able to design assets for testing and can engage in testing programs with strong results
• Solid understanding of data gathered from user testing and ability to iterate accordingly

Client Engagement & Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and objectives, translating them into effective UX strategies and solutions.
• Present and articulate UX design concepts, strategies, and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to UX.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, visual designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of UX design into final products.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Technical Competence & Best Practices:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and ensure the team is utilizing cutting-edge practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the UX team.

Your Experience: 

• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of delivering successful UX projects for a variety of clients across different industries.
• Skills:
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in all core design tools.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
