Eram Talent is looking for a passionate and skilled UX Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research and translating findings into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance our digital products' usability and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs and improve existing products based on user feedback and testing.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our designs are not only functional but also intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the overall strategy of the product and brand.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
• Designing user interfaces for ML solutions
• Ensuring usability and accessibility of applications
• Creating wireframes and prototypes
• Collaborating on user-friendly training materials
• Create user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to visualize the user experience and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UI Designers and developers to ensure consistency and alignment of design across all platforms.
• Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform design decisions and make iterative improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design and user research.
• Advocate for user-centered design within the organization, ensuring that design thinking is incorporated throughout the product development process.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects.
• Experience in UX design for data-driven applications
• Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• Experience in creating wireframes and user flows
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and user testing practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
