Atlantbh is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer passionate about simplifying complex business problems through the power of design. The ideal candidate enjoys exploring and iterating quickly and can easily collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams.

A sneak peek at what you will be doing

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, build, and release new features
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation
• Communicate and present your design work, clearly articulating your design decisions
• Deliver high-fidelity visuals following design principles that accurately showcase Atlantbh's design standards
• Own your work from ideation and design to review and feedback

We expect you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of design foundations and principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with web and mobile app design
• An understanding of system thinking and component-based design patterns
• A portfolio that showcases your design experience
• Strong collaboration skills are crucial for effectively presenting your work and design choices, while remaining open to receive and implement feedback
• Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (bonus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English
