UI/UX Design and Prototyping

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Ensure designs are aligned with product goals and consistent with the design system.

Apply Design Thinking Process

• Use Design Thinking principles to develop user-centered solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, usability testing, and feedback cycles.

Collaboration and Handoff

• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate implementation.
• Participate in daily stand-ups to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Kanban Workflow Participation

• Manage tasks through the Kanban board to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support weekly product releases by iterating on designs and incorporating feedback.

Documentation and Design Systems

• Maintain design documentation and contribute to the evolution of the design system.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and visual design (can be through academic projects or internships).
• Adobe Premiere (a plus)
• Adobe After Effects (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Kanban or agile workflows is a plus.
• Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
