UI/UX Designer Role:

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Present and defend designs to peers and executive level stakeholders
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills Required :

Experience of designing User Interface mockups.
1-3 Years of proven experience.
Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows.
Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.
In-sync with recent design standards and trends.
Good eye for details and aesthetics: layout, grid systems, colour theory and typography.
