We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with our product vision and goals
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs
- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes for user testing and feedback
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine features and improve the overall user experience
- Design visually appealing, on-brand graphics and interfaces optimized for Telegram’s unique platform constraints
- Maintain a consistent design language across the app and ensure brand alignment across all visual assets
- Contribute to the design culture at Blum, bringing insights, new tools, and best practices to the team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within web3/crypto industry
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
- Experience with interactive prototyping and wireframing tools
- Solid understanding of UX principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and functional interfaces
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
