Loftyworks


LoftyWorks is a comprehensive prop-tech software solution that simplifies property management through various tools, including CRM automation and customer communication. It facilitates efficient operations, property portfolio management, and offers top-tier financial management, with seamless integration with Xero. Developed since 2019, LoftyWorks is a result of collaboration between Lofty, a major US prop-tech company, and a prominent UK outsourcing firm. It combines the extensive experience of both companies to bring the best practices from the UK and US real estate sectors into one platform.


The Letting Partnership


The Letting Partnership specialises in back-office solutions and client-accounting services for the property management sector. The Letting Partnership handles over £30m+ of rent every month, allocating deposits, managing payments and processing invoices to provide a complete accounting service. 


Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers to create and refine user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our suite of digital products. 
  • Convert user requirements and user stories into intuitive, functional UI designs. 
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 
  • Conduct usability tests and incorporate user feedback into designs. 
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. 
  • Work with technical development teams to ensure product quality. 
  • Update and work with design systems, libraries and patterns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, user experience design, related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 5+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. 
  • Proficiency in Figma (our main tool). Knowledge of Adobe products is handy too. 
  • Strong portfolio featuring your experience as an UI/UX designer, with a focus on user experience design or user interaction design. 
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. 
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
