About the Opportunity

We are representing a cutting-edge client in the field of robotic automation. This company is dedicated to pioneering High Accuracy - High Agility robotics and seeks a UX/UI Designer to enhance their product team. This role focuses on creating a best-in-class user experience by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products, applications, and services that improve usability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain design documents, including personas, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes to support a user-centered design process.
  • Present and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and customers, ensuring a user-centric approach.
  • Track and evaluate delivered solutions against success metrics to enhance product usability.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX design with project goals and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and testing, translating insights into design solutions backed by solid rationale.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of UX experience with a record of delivering user-centric products.
  • Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
  • Knowledge of Design Systems, Design Sprints, and Lean UX.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with Agile methodology preferred.
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in English communication (all skills).

Good-to-Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a design discipline.
  • Experience with complex enterprise-level B2B projects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figjam, Jira, and Miro.
