DISHER is currently partnering with a company that designs and implements end-to-end service supply chain strategies for expanding high-tech companies on their need for a Product Designer. From concept to final delivery, the Product Designer will drive innovation to enhance user experiences and meet business goals

What you will get to do:
- Lead user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Translate complex insights into user journeys, personas, and workflows to guide design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers to align design concepts with product strategy and business objectives
- Participate in discovery efforts to explore ideas, validate concepts, and test new solutions
- Develop interaction models and animations to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience (UX)
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life
- Design engaging user interfaces (UI) that align with product goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
- Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate design handoff and successful product delivery
- Use analytics and performance data to refine user experiences and enhance product usability
- Conduct A/B testing and usability tests to validate design decisions and improve product outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders and customers to communicate design rationale and gather input effectively
- Take ownership of design projects from concept through delivery while managing priorities and deadlines
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, or equivalent work experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Expertise in design tools (Figma preferred) and prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and usability best practices
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
$100,000 - $110,000 a year
