UI/UX is hiring Product Designer

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi- regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Product Designer - UI/UX in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®. This job is also available for the remote candidates within European time zone. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of design principles and user experience strategies, along with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user interaction and contribute to improved business outcomes
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively convey design interactions and ideas
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and various stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business goals, technical specifications, and user needs. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design elements and resolve any discrepancies
• User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors, converting this information into actionable design strategies
• Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to identify design and user experience trends, evaluating strengths and weaknesses in competitor offerings to inform your design strategies
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms
• A/B Testing: Conduct usability testing and analyze collected feedback to iteratively refine the user interface
• Mobile & Web Design: Create visually engaging interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience
• Analytics Monitoring: Track user interactions through analytics tools to derive insights for design enhancements and optimize user engagement
• Staying Updated with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and innovation
• Cross-Functional Workshops: Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to advocate for user-centred design principles and collect diverse insights on design challenges

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the financial or tech industries
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch, coupled with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required
