Role Summary:

As a Senior Product Designer at ClickBank, you will own the design process end-to-end to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions that align with business goals. This role focuses on designing intuitive client-facing tools for analytics, reporting, tracking, and integrations while driving usability, influencing product strategy, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design Ownership: Lead and execute complex, customer-centered design solutions for client-facing tools, ensuring usability and clarity in analytics, reporting, and integrations.
• End-to-End Process: Own the entire design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation—ensuring effective delivery. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to clearly communicate your vision.
• Research & Validation: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions. Develop interactive prototypes to test workflows, validate concepts, and align with stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to execute designs effectively and align them with user needs and business strategies. Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain the intended user experience.
• Communication: Present and articulate design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Iteration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs and optimize their impact.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve ClickBank’s design system, driving consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Leadership: Mentor junior designers, contribute to organizational design maturity and foster a positive, supportive team culture.
• Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance our products and processes.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate agility in navigating a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Experience: 5+ years in product design, with demonstrated success designing data-driven tools and delivering impactful solutions. Experience in data visualization or designing reporting dashboards is preferred.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and a robust design process, with examples of problem-solving for complex workflows.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
