About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on UI Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys ownership, and can bring creative design solutions to a fast-paced B2B SaaS product.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for our SaaS products
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring designs to life
• Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant design solutions
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Contribute ideas proactively to improve user experience and product performance

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of UI design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to design for startup or high-growth environments
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on UI design work across multiple products/projects
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site with our team
• Bonus points for experience in the dental industry or AI-driven products
