For our Product Team in Amsterdam we are looking for an experienced Product Designer, who feels right at home in a fast-paced environment. You are on top of the newest developments in product design and are always looking for new ways to solve complex problems. Because Secfi’s target market consists of other people who build products, you take pride in painstakingly working to create best-in-class user friendly experiences. You will get the opportunity to shape the design direction of a product family that is in its infancy, embedded within our design driven product team.
Responsibilities
- Define the design direction of new products that are currently still in the conceptual phase
- Work closely with designers, engineers and product managers to develop a long-term product strategy, as well as short-term delivery plans
- Establish a design system for use throughout our platform
- Work at every stage of the product life cycle, from early concepts and ideas to precise guidelines and prototypes
- Champion opportunities to improve the UX/UI of existing products
- Initiate our mobile strategy for new products
- Build, manage and mentor a team of Designers
Core Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
- Experience building a successful consumer-facing product
- Expert understanding of user-centered design methods
- Passion for building comprehensive, intelligent and elegant solutions
- Excited by the prospect of pushing and iterating your work until it is perfect
- Strong communication & team collaboration skills and willingness to learn
- Strong record of professional achievement, work ethic, and positive attitude
- Fun person to work with
- Fluent in English

- Degree in HCI, Graphic Design or similar
