We’re building a startup within a startup and forming a new squad to design and deliver new products to the market quickly. We’re looking for someone excited to create innovative products and businesses with the drive and patience to do things that don’t scale to test hypotheses. Previous experience in a startup environment would be a strong advantage.
You’ll be a part of a dedicated team that builds new products that scale from 0 to A LOT of users in a short time.
What You Will Do
- Shape UX/UI for new innovative products;
- Create a frictionless experience for the user and find ways to communicate the value proposition;
- Create wireframes and prototypes;
- Break down and solve abstract problems;
- Conduct user and market research, draw conclusions;
- Deliver design solutions that align with business goals and objectives;
- Assist marketing efforts by helping create engaging assets;
- Take full ownership of the final result and how to achieve it;
- Should be comfortable finding and working with freelancers, agencies.
What We Expect
- 3+ years of experience working with landing pages;
- Ability to work with page builder and design excellent user experience;
- Proficiency in working with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe illustrator;
- Great communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Ability to take ownership and work autonomously;
- Knowledge of design systems;
- Understanding of CSS would be a big bonus.
