About the role
As a thredUP intern, you will be given a firsthand glimpse at what it’s like to work at the largest fashion resale platform. You will tackle projects alongside our world-class team, with the opportunity to make a real impact on thredUP’s business. 

For this internship, we are looking for someone who is looking to develop and hone their qualitative research skills by leading a customer research project focused on a particular segment of customers. The final output of this internship will be a set of findings about this segment of customers that shape our product offerings, and the opportunity to present these findings in various forums within the company. 

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: 
-Collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives and goals of the research
-Designing interview and user testing protocols
-Organizing and recruiting interviewees and focus groupsInterviewing customers & conducting qualitative analysis 
-Surveying customers; designing and administering surveys, survey analysis
-Additional market research

We are looking for an intern who can commit to our 4 day/32 hour work weeks (Monday - Thursday). There may be occasional exceptions where the work will require extending into Fridays but only when truly necessary.

We are looking for someone who is interested in developing interview & other qualitative research skills, and who is seeking on-the-ground experience doing so. Prior experience is desirable but not required.
