About the Role

• Collaborating with a team of Business Analysts, Developers and Data Analysts as well as the Client Partner, to analyse and translate current client needs into tangible product(s)
• Exploring and uncovering actionable customer insights
• Educating internal/client teams on Design best practices
• Communicating with key client stakeholders, negotiating for the best customer outcome in a respectful and helpful way

• Experience working as a UI/UX designer within an agency/consultancy or in-house environment
• You have several years experience with modern UI tools, such as Sketch and ideally, Figma
• Experience in having lead client engagements
• Strategy background or interest in business development
• Strong stakeholder management experience and workshop facilitation
• Experience design experience
• User research experience
