About the Role
- Collaborating with a team of Business Analysts, Developers and Data Analysts as well as the Client Partner, to analyse and translate current client needs into tangible product(s)
- Exploring and uncovering actionable customer insights
- Educating internal/client teams on Design best practices
- Communicating with key client stakeholders, negotiating for the best customer outcome in a respectful and helpful way
- Experience working as a UI/UX designer within an agency/consultancy or in-house environment
- You have several years experience with modern UI tools, such as Sketch and ideally, Figma
- Experience in having lead client engagements
- Strategy background or interest in business development
- Strong stakeholder management experience and workshop facilitation
- Experience design experience
- User research experience
